Moose Blood | Pomona
UK-based rock band Moose Blood graced the stage in Pomona, Calif. for the first show of their U.S. headlining tour. Their sound is literally a perfect mix of the bands they allude to in their songs (Brand New and Nirvana, hell yes.), and punk pop. A Moose Blood song is totally unmistakable, and live, they're even better.

Dashboard Confessional | Santa Ana
Dashboard Confessional took everyone at The Observatory in Santa Ana on a trip back to the 2000s. There's something special about the nostalgia that the band brings. Playing songs from "A Mark, A Mission, A Brand, A Scar," "The Places You Have Come To Fear The Most," and a few other albums, the show felt like a revival of their music. A revival that made those familiar songs feel bigger and better with a perfect hint of emo.

Chloe Chaidez of Kitten is a badass. In the way she sings, moves on stage, and in everything else. Kitten is a total throwback band; reminiscent of the 80's, but with a modern twist that just captivates you. If you haven't heard of them yet, it's time to get acquainted -- a Kitten show is something you don't want to miss.
