When did you first realize that you wanted to be a musician?
"Music has always been in my blood. Ever since I was little, I would do anything to be involved in or around music. Musicals, performances, anything to feed my passion."
Do you personally feel that the way you grew up influenced your decision on being a musician?
"Music was always playing in my house. I used to always know my dad was awake because he would turn on the music in the house every morning and keep it on all day. My family isn’t musical but they love music."
For those who have not heard your music, how would you describe it to them?
"My music is all about girl power, love and the lust of romance. It’s ‘feel good’ music."
We saw that you just released your latest single ‘Trouble’ – can you tell us a little about the song and the inspiration behind it?
"Trouble is a girl anthem about a bad relationship that you know is wrong but you just can’t control. You know it’s trouble but you can’t get out."
We also saw that you released a music video for the song! What was it like filming it? Do you have any favorite memories from it?
"I had a lot of fun on set! My favorite part was smashing the cake in the guy’s face who was trouble. I was hesitant but I just went for it and it was super fun."
Is there anything else that we can expect from you in the near future?
"This year I’ll be creating and releasing more music, and planning a tour in the near future. I can’t wait to continue sharing my music with my fans!"
