Filipino actress Sari Arambulo is living the best of both worlds. She's currently enrolled at the University of Southern California to earn her communications major, but she's also building up her impressive acting resume. She can be seen on Seth Meyers and Lorne Michael's new show "A.P. Bio" on NBC as the character Grace. She's also guest starred on shows "Girl Meets World", "The Middle", and "Modern Family."  We sat down for an interview with Sari to find out more about her acting career and what she wants to do in the future.

When did you first get your start in acting and who/what inspired you to do so?

SARI: "I got my start in dance classes and musical theatre at my school. From there, I took voice lessons, participated in hip-hop competitions, and began taking acting classes - that’s how I got my start. My first time on set for a commercial was magical; that’s how I fell in love with acting and really solidified my desire to become an actress."

You currently star as Grace in Seth Meyers and Lorne Michael’s new show "A.P. Bio". Can you tell us a little about the show?

SARI: "Yes! It’s about a philosophy scholar named Jack Griffin who doesn’t get his dream job - and ends up moving back to Toledo, Ohio to work as an AP Biology professor at a high school. He realizes that his AP students are quite smart and begins using them as his minions to get revenge on people from his past life."

What’s it like working on the set and with the cast?

SARI: "SO much fun! Every day was a joy. I don’t think I ever laughed so much on a set before. I’m incredibly blessed to have worked with such a talented cast that all got along so well."

How do you relate to your character Grace on the show?

SARI: "As someone who is always welcoming, I relate to Grace’s sweet and kind nature. As you’ll see though, she seems to find herself in hilariously awkward situations, and that’s been fun to play into as well."

Is there a type of role that you haven’t gotten to play yet that you would love to in the future?

SARI: "I would love to be a part of an action film playing a bad ass character who gets herself into all sorts of trouble."

Of the roles you have played, which would you say has challenged you the most and why?

SARI: "The one that was the most challenging was playing a credit card theft operator investigated by the police in a TNT drama series. As someone who typically acts in comedy, it was quite a change in pace that I needed to get accustomed to. I loved it."

If you could work with anybody on a TV show or movie, who would it be?

SARI: "I would love to work with Reese Witherspoon. I admire what she stands for and am a fan of her production company. My drama teacher always told me that we had similar personalities, so it would be great fun for me to work with this talented, empowered woman (and see if we are in fact similar!)"

Is there anything else we can expect to see you in in the near future?

SARI: "I just shot an Ebay commercial and am working on producing / writing my own short film!"
